A decisions log is what stops an AI proposing the thing you turned down three months ago. Answer a few questions and this writes one: what you decided and why, what you ruled out and why, and what is still open.
Free, with no account. Everything happens in the page, and nothing is uploaded.
More about it: the decisions template and how to keep one your AI will read.
